Our Printing Service

To ensure the best print quality and a smooth production process, please follow these file preparation guidelines:

Accepted File Formats

We recommend submitting your artwork in one of the following formats:

AI (Adobe Illustrator)

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

JPEG, PDF or PNG Must be high-resolution (for image-based prints only)

Popular tools for designing files include:

  • Adobe Illustrator: Ideal for detailed, scalable designs.
  • CorelDRAW: Known for its versatility and ease of use.
  • Inkscape: A free, open-source option for creating vector graphics
  • Canva: Easy to use, must be saved as a SVG

Artwork Size & Resolution

  • Set your artwork to the final size you want it printed.
  • For images, use a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at full size to ensure sharp results.

Colour Setup

  • CMYK colour mode for print-ready artwork.
  • If specific colours are required (e.g. Pantone or hex codes), please include those details in your notes.

Bleed & Margins

Add a 3mm bleed on all sides for designs that extend to the edge of the print.

Keep all important elements (like text or logos) at least 3mm from the edge.

Fonts & Text

  • Convert all fonts to outlines/curves to prevent font substitutions.
  • Alternatively, you may include the font files with your submission.
