Please make sure your file is properly formatted:

Accepted file types: AI, SVG, EPS or PDF (vector-based only)

Scale: Set your design to a 1:1 scale

Vector format only: Ensure all elements are vector
paths (no raster images)

Make sure all fonts have been converted to outlines.

Cutting vs. engraving: Use colour-coding or separate layers to differentiate between cut lines and engraved areas
