Where are you located?

Hobart, Tasmania.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Absolutely.

If you are a Hobart/Tasmanian local, you can collect your order from our Lenah Valley workshop. This is a great option to avoid shipping costs.

All pick up orders will be placed on our collection table out the front of the workshop, you will receive notification once your order is ready to collect.

What is your current turnaround?

We work very hard & pride ourselves on our fast turnaround. 

All of our products are handmade to order.

Our current turnaround is 5-6 business days - updated 26/4/24

Please note our processing and shipping times are estimates only, we cannot be held accountable if the wait exceeds these times for any reason.

Turnaround times can vary & be longer during peak times. 

Is your acrylic cast acrylic?

Yes! All of our acrylic is cast acrylic.

I need my order ASAP

What is your refund policy?

Due to our products all being made to order, we do not offer returns except in the case of an error being made. If this occurs please contact us as soon as possible. 

Shipping + Processing

Why is the shipping so expensive?

Please know that we do not profit from postage costs in any way. We appreciate how expensive shipping can cost and we know that this can be a large expense which none of us need. We have worked incredibly hard to ensure our postage costs are as low as possible. Our rates are calculated using both size and weight of your order so then the appropriate bag/box can be chosen using live shipping rates. 

If for some reason you are ever over-charged for postage, this will be refunded back to you as soon as your order has been processed. 

I have received my order but it is damaged. What do I do?

We take great care to ensure your order is carefully packed to avoid any damage but we know things happen. In the unfortunate event your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damages to your items once they have been unpacked. 

You MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Some of our products are fragile & can be easily damaged. We are not responsible for any damages once you have unpacked your items.

Please take care when handling acrylic, it can be quite brittle & easily scratched or broken if not handled correctly. 

SIGNS + BASES

To do our best to ensure the perfect fit, the way we have designed our sign and bases means that the sign will only fit into its base one way.

Every sign undergoes a meticulous process:
Each sign is precisely cut, with its base measured and cut accordingly.
It is then checked for a perfect fit, labeled, and individually packed with its matching base.
While this method is time-consuming, we prioritize delivering a high-quality product.
However, due to acrylic manufacturer tolerances allowing for a variance of +/- 10% in thickness, it may not always be achievable to perfection.
If needed, we suggest using a drop of E6000 to secure the base.

Fitting the Sign Properly into Its Base

It is essential to correctly fit the base of the sign.
The base will be labeled 'top' for your ease of use.
Avoid applying excessive force to fit the sign incorrectly into the base, as this will result in damaging and or snapping the base.

DAMAGE TO OUR BASES WILL ONLY OCCUR WHEN FITTED INCORECTLY AND FORCE HAS BEEN APPLIED. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR SIGN + BASES.

Postage & Express Post

Orders will be sent with tracking via Australian Post.

Express post is available. If express post is required please select at checkout.

IMPORTANT - Choosing express post means you will receive your order sooner once it has been dispatched, it does not mean your order will be processed quicker than the current turnaround times.  

Estimated delivery time once the courier has received your order is generally 2-10 days (within Australia) depending on shipping location. Unfortunately we can't control how long delivery takes. You will receive tracking details so you can check the status & location of your order once it has been shipped.
