• Oracal 651 is permanent grade adhesive vinyl, which required the use of transfer tape

• If you require our printed vinyl for exterior use, we recommend adding UV laminate

If your desired prints are images or letters, we offer optional cut options. 

The term "Cut to Shape" (also known as "Die Cut" or "Kiss Cut") refers to the decal being cut to the exact shape of the design, leaving no empty border or background material. Vinyl lettering is typically created using the Cut to Shape method.

The contour cut ensures that the decal is custom-shaped around the design, with a small amount of background material remaining as a boarder.

When setting up artwork for print, there are specific guidelines that we follow to determine if a design can be produced as a Cut to Shape decal or if a Contour Cut will be needed. These guidelines include the design's size, text height, and colour overlap.
